How to Replace Club Car Engine Snubber
Tools and materials you’ll need:
- New engine snubber
- Wrench
- Socket wrench
- Ratchet
- Extension
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Park the Club Car on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Locate the engine snubber. It is located on the front of the engine, between the engine and the frame.
3. Use the wrench to loosen the nuts that hold the snubber in place.
4. Use the socket wrench and ratchet to remove the bolts that hold the snubber in place.
5. Remove the old snubber from the engine.
6. Install the new snubber onto the engine.
7. Tighten the bolts that hold the snubber in place. Use the torque wrench to tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
8. Tighten the nuts that hold the snubber in place.
9. Start the Club Car and check for any leaks.

- When replacing the engine snubber, it is important to use the correct size and type of snubber.
