How to Install Engine Snubber on Club Car DS

Safety Precautions
Before you begin, make sure to take the following safety precautions:
- Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from flying debris.
- Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down before you begin working.
- Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical shocks.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Locate the engine mount on the passenger side of the Club Car. The engine mount is a metal bracket that connects the engine to the frame of the car.
- Remove the two bolts that hold the engine mount to the frame. Be careful not to lose the washers that are located behind the bolts.
- Slide the engine snubber onto the engine mount. The snubber will fit between the engine mount and the frame of the car.
- Reinstall the two bolts that hold the engine mount to the frame. Be sure to tighten the bolts securely.
- Reconnect the battery.
- Start the engine and check for any unusual noises or vibrations. The engine snubber should help to reduce engine vibration and improve the ride quality of the Club Car.
