Iowa State University Engineering Career Fair

Overview

The Iowa State University Engineering Career Fair is one of the largest engineering career fairs in the Midwest. It is held annually in the fall semester and attracts over 200 employers from a variety of industries. The fair is open to all Iowa State University students and alumni.

Registration

Registration for the career fair is free and is available online. Students can register starting in September.

Preparation

Students should prepare for the career fair by researching the employers that will be attending. They should also practice their interviewing skills and prepare a resume and cover letter.

Day of the Fair

The career fair will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2023, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Scheman Building.

Students should arrive at the fair dressed professionally and prepared to network with employers. They should bring multiple copies of their resume and cover letter.
