  10. Install the pistons and connecting rods in the cylinders.
  11. Make the valves from steel rod.
  12. Solder the valves to the camshaft.
  13. Make the valve springs from aluminum rod.
  14. Install the valve springs on the valves.
  15. Paint the engine.
  16. Assemble the engine.
