Counting Cars: Dual Engine Hot Rod
In this episode of Counting Cars, the team takes on a 1932 Ford Roadster that has been sitting in a garage for over 50 years. The car is in rough shape, but the team is determined to restore it to its former glory.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge the team faces is the car’s dual engine setup. The car has two V8 engines, one in the front and one in the back. This makes the car very difficult to drive and maintain.
The team also has to deal with the car’s rusted body and frame. The car has been sitting in a garage for so long that the metal has started to rust. The team has to cut out the rusted metal and replace it with new metal.
The Restoration
The team starts by removing the car’s body from the frame. They then sandblast the frame to remove the rust. Once the frame is clean, the team starts to replace the rusted metal.
The team then turns their attention to the car’s engines. They remove the engines from the car and rebuild them. Once the engines are rebuilt, the team installs them back into the car.
The team then installs the body back onto the frame. They then paint the car and add new wheels and tires.
The Finished Product
The finished product is a beautiful 1932 Ford Roadster with a dual engine setup. The car is now fully restored and ready to be driven.
The team is proud of the work they have done on this car. They have given it a new lease on life and it will now be able to be enjoyed by generations to come.
