The carburetor also has a venturi, which is a constriction in the intake manifold. As air flows through the venturi, it creates a low-pressure area. This low-pressure area draws fuel from the float bowl and mixes it with air. The mixture of air and fuel is then drawn into the engine’s cylinders, where it is ignited and burned.

Advantages of Carburetor Engines

Carburetor engines have a number of advantages over fuel-injected engines, including:
