Air Power Engine Car Kit Instructions
This kit contains everything you need to build your own air power engine car. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure a successful build.
Materials
- Air power engine car kit
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Scissors
- Ruler or measuring tape
- Pencil
Instructions
Step 1: Assemble the chassis
- Lay out the chassis parts on a flat surface.
- Align the two side panels with the bottom panel, and insert the tabs into the slots.
- Secure the side panels to the bottom panel using the screws provided.
- Attach the front and rear bumpers to the chassis using the screws provided.
Step 2: Install the engine
- Place the engine on the chassis, aligning the mounting holes with the holes in the chassis.
- Secure the engine to the chassis using the screws provided.
Step 3: Install the wheels
- Insert the axles into the holes in the wheels.
- Place the wheels on the chassis, aligning the axles with the holes in the chassis.
- Secure the wheels to the chassis using the screws provided.
Step 4: Install the air tank
- Place the air tank on the chassis, aligning the mounting holes with the holes in the chassis.
- Secure the air tank to the chassis using the screws provided.
Step 5: Install the air pump
- Place the air pump on the chassis, aligning the mounting holes with the holes in the chassis.
- Secure the air pump to the chassis using the screws provided.
Step 6: Connect the air lines
- Connect the air line from the air pump to the air tank.
- Connect the air line from the air tank to the engine.
Step 7: Test the car
- Place the car on a flat surface.
- Turn on the air pump.
- The car should start moving forward.
Troubleshooting
If your car is not working properly, check the following:
- Make sure that all of the parts are assembled correctly.
- Make sure that the air lines are connected properly.
- Make sure that the air pump is working properly.
- Make sure that the engine is working properly.
Tips
- Use a ruler or measuring tape to ensure that the parts are assembled correctly.
- Be careful not to overtighten the screws.
- Test the car on a flat surface before taking it outside.
